We set up a Full Service bag check anywhere you can get a truck. We park the truck, set up the tents and take the bags!

We take any items and store them securely in our truck and guard them until the end of the event. Our teams of Attendants provide top notch service for guests and venue staff.

Paperless System 

Using phone numbers, we take a picture of each guest and item.

Then we text the guest and all items with radio tags. Check in and out is quick and convenient.

We only give items based on the picture and phone number.

Secure Storage

We use box trucks to securely store guest's items. We set up 90 minutes before the event starts and stay until 60 minutes after the event ends. 

And we can contact customers if anything happens. In case of the worst, we are fully covered by liability and checked items (Bailee') insurance.

If something gets left behind?

Our team will try to contact guests before closing. But if someone doesn't collect their items before closing, they just need to contact us with a mailing address or arrange pickup at our office.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

What do you accept? What items do you not accept?

Guests can check almost anything with us. Bags, backpacks, strollers, suitcases, and more. If you don't have a bag for your stuff, we can put your stuff in a bag.

Restricted items... Firearms, Fireworks, Perishable food, explosives, chemicals. Our Attendants have the right to refuse service for any item that makes them uncomfortable. 

What does it cost to check an item?

Depending on the event, we charge $ 10-20 per bag or item. We have bags if you have loose items that you need to check in. Some venues or organizations subsidize guest costs, so the price can change.

When do you open? When do you close?

For fixed events, we open around 90 minutes before the event starts. This is generally the published event start.

We close at least 60 minutes after the event finishes, including overtime or encores. Because we collect phone numbers, we can text guests to remind them to pick up their items.

Why do you collect phone numbers? Why do you take my picture?

Our system is paperless, without paper tickets or tags. We use your phone number and take a picture of you for security. We also take pictures of your items so we can identify the right item. We use technology to keep your items safe and human error.

If you don't want to share your phone number... You can choose any 4 digit number. When retrieving your items, just give that number. We will not be able to contact you via text message.

Are you insured?

Yes!  We are insured for both liability and for items given to us. This is called Bailee's coverage, which covers any items in our care. We take pictures of every item yfor our security. If any items are damaged or missing, please contact us!

What if I had so much fun that I forgot to pick up my items?

We will try to contact you before we close, but if you are not available or did not share your phone number, you can contact us after the event by email at help@mobilebagcheck.com
